If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Student Eligibility & Account Registration
- Account Creation: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your sole responsibility.
- Single-Device Access: GradeUP PRO licenses are granted for individual, non-transferable student use. Concurrent test-taking on multiple devices simultaneously under a single account is strictly prohibited and subject to automated session termination.

GradeUP PRO delivers structured academic learning tools, including syllabus topic notes, concept explanations, authentic past year question vaults (PYQs), Computer-Based Testing (CBT) simulations, and AI-driven diagnostic analytics for competitive entrance exams (such as JEE, NEET, GATE, CAT, CLAT, CUET, and Civil Services). While our platform adheres closely to official exam patterns and standard syllabi, final examination schedules, questions, cutoffs, and admissions are determined independently by respective government and exam conducting bodies (e.g., NTA, UPSC, IITs, IIMs).

- Transparent Pricing: All subscription tiers (Target Test Pass, Complete Target Course, and Bundles) are clearly priced on our Pricing Page in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Secure Processing: Payments are processed via authorized payment aggregators (Razorpay). GradeUP PRO does not store full credit/debit card numbers or bank credentials.
- Instant Activation: Upon successful transaction verification, all subscribed features, mock exams, and proprietary vaults are unlocked immediately for the student account.

All content available on GradeUP PRO—including proprietary questions, AI synthesized explanations, audio briefs, software user interfaces, graphic designs, algorithms, and logos—is the exclusive intellectual property of BugFree Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and protected under international copyright, trademark, and patent conventions. Users are granted a limited, personal, revocable license for individual self-study. Students and platform users agree to practice academic honesty. You agree NOT to:
- Use bots, web scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to extract questions or system assets.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or tamper with the CBT examination engine.
- Share, leak, or broadcast proprietary mock examination question papers or solution keys.
- Harass, abuse, or post offensive content in student community discussion forums or doubt resolution threads.
8. Limitation of Liability
GradeUP PRO provides preparatory tools to assist students in their exam preparation. We do not guarantee specific ranks, exam scores, or university admission outcomes. In no event shall GradeUP PRO or BugFree Solutions Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform. In any event, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific subscription within the preceding six months.
9. Account Termination & Cancellation
You may terminate your account or cancel recurring renewals at any time via your account settings. GradeUP PRO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, proctoring violations, content piracy, or abusive behavior without refund.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
11. Third-Party Educational Content, YouTube API & Copyright Notice / Takedown Protocol
GradeUP PRO curates high-yield academic video lectures to assist learners in their exam preparation. Users, educators, and copyright holders should note the following terms:
- YouTube Terms of Service Adherence: GradeUP PRO displays third-party video content exclusively via the official YouTube Embedded Player as authorized under YouTube’s Terms of Service (specifically granting a worldwide, non-exclusive license to third parties to display content through standard embeds). By using these video features, users agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and Google’s policies.
- Intellectual Property & Creator Attribution: GradeUP PRO does not claim ownership, copyright, or trademark over any third-party video materials, teacher lectures, or channel branding streamed via embedded players. All copyrights, advertising revenues, and channel subscriber equity belong exclusively to the original content creators and channels. GradeUP PRO subscription fees cover access to our proprietary Computer-Based Testing (CBT) engine, analytics, AI dossiers, and question vault simulations—not the embedded public video streams.
- Intermediary Safe Harbor & Compliance: In accordance with Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, GradeUP PRO operates as an intermediary with respect to third-party linked and embedded media. GradeUP PRO does not initiate transmission, select receivers, or alter video stream content.
- Notice & Copyright Takedown Procedure (DMCA / Indian IT Act): If you are a copyright owner, educator, or authorized representative and believe that any embedded link or reference on GradeUP PRO infringes upon your copyright or should not be indexed on our platform, please send a formal takedown request containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work and the specific URL/topic on GradeUP PRO where it appears.
- Direct link to the original content or YouTube URL.
- Your full name, contact information, and proof of copyright ownership or authorization.
- A statement made in good faith that the disputed use is unauthorized.
12. Modifications to Terms
